The President

Is responsible for executive decision-making of the day to day running of the IACC and is the official representative of the organization to the public.

The Vice-President / Secretary

The Vice-President / Secretary shall assume all official duties of the President in the absence of the President.  The Vice President / Secretary is in charge of arranging regular and special meetings and also takes and transcribes all meeting minutes, performs communication between board, the IACC members, and the public; and documents meeting attendances. The Vice President / Secretary is in charge of all legal and administrative duties, and keeps an organized file of all legal documents and records. The Vice president / Secretary is actively involved in the committee meetings and functions, and coordinates between committees and the board of directors.

 

The Treasurer

The Treasurer is in charge of handling all of IACC’s financial matters, including but not limited to, writing checks for the day to day business of the IACC and accepting and depositing member dues into a special bank account for the IACC. The treasurer reports all business and financial dealings to the present active members of the IACC in an easy to read format at every regular monthly meeting and at other such meetings as deemed necessary by all other officers of the IACC. Financial reports must be either posted on the IACC website after each publication or be easily obtainable from the IACC at any time if the current financial statement requested by a members is not posted on the website.
